Job Title: Remote Live Chat Agent

Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

Provide live chat support to individuals seeking mental health treatment
Answer queries and provide information about Amend Treatment's programs and services
Assist in scheduling appointments and assessments for potential clients
Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor while interacting with individuals
Document conversations and maintain accurate records of all interactions

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent written communication skills
Empathy and understanding towards individuals dealing with mental health challenges
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using live chat software and tools
Knowledge of mental health terminology and treatment options

Desired Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
Experience working in a mental health or healthcare setting is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
