Commercial / Light Industrial Project Manager (PM) or Senior Project Manager (SPM)

Location: Tampa Office - Florida & Southeast U.S. Projects

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Performance Bonus + Project Bonus + ESOP

As our company continues to expand, we're seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while helping drive client relationships, operational excellence, and continued growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial and light industrial construction projects
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
• Oversee subcontractor performance and project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Drive problem-solving and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle
• Mentor and develop project engineers, assistant project managers, and other team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Experience managing commercial and/or light industrial construction projects
• Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through completion
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and project controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
• Experience with projects ranging from mid-size to large-scale construction preferred
